“Its control functions requests that the court pay utmost attention to the norms that are part of a “democratic society”. The right of freedom of speech sets the keystone for such a society, one essential piece to the progression and development of every single individual. As a special condition of the Art:10, Abs 2 this right accounts not only the favorably, non harming or as unimportant considered information and thoughts, but also for those, which harm, injure, shock or intimidate the government or any part of the society. This is how PLURALISM, TOLERANCE and OPEN-MINDEDNESS want it, which without there would be no “democratic society”.
“Everything a lie………” – Age old wisdom
Warning:
If, at the moment, you are happy and everything should stay the way it seems, if you wish to continue to trust the experts in the media and universities, and you are interested not to ask too many questions in order to sleep good at night, please do not read this report. Buy a few beer and watch football or “American Idol” on television.
If you instead are one of the few, that suspects that something can’t be right and wants to know more, and is also able to live isolated with a worldview that has barely anything in common of what you are being purposed in schools, universities and by the media day after day then this report is for you. A door is going to open for you that will not closeable anymore.
Introduction:
A media monopoly? That doesn’t even exist, are most going to want to argue. After all every newspaper kiosk proves the variety of the offer, just as the over 100 channels of the modern satellite television. Something’s there for everybody. Every opinion represented.
Really? Or is this variety in fact good disguised "forced-coordination"? And how could this have been realized? Has the media monopoly already been realized? This text would like to clear up the questions.
Do the Media really have so much Power?
Most people have their area of specialty in which they shine or not, but after all do not really have enough knowledge for an independent life. They follow and need orders from Thirds (mostly that of the media), as a matter of fact almost never take their own decisions and are therefore strictly speaking unsuitable for a democracy.
In a real (and thus utopian) democracy, a decision or choice should be made after analyzing all facts. In reality it is rarely possible (and wanted) to see all facts and distinguish these from propaganda. What there are missing are time, motivation and ability. Who (and I am not excluding myself from this) wouldn’t rather watch the tightness of Pamela Anderson’s bathing suit in Baywatch than the third session of the political discussion in the parliament with Rita Sussmuth? - Not without reason is here the “factual” middleman or specialist forcefully coordinated at this point, this guy is a politician, wants to remain a bureaucrat, win the next vote and have a career. He is therefore heavily relying on media support (=cannot allow a scandal).
The meteoric change Nazis-Communists-Federal Republic, in the “new” federal German states proves already that for a big portion it doesn’t make a difference which one the boss is. The difference between Nazis and Communists isn’t that great. In both cases, there is no freedom of choice, but only orders from above. Everything is “well ordered”. After all, we must have order… Simply one will deal with it. Now if the democratic option exists, to control and when required suck the servants out, through the whole series (from politician to the guest workers) (first we will take their democratic necessary tax funds, and convert these then under various pretexts in our pockets) as the subterranean Morlocks do to the blonds in the in paradise living Elois in the film classic “The Time Machine”, and the servants even cooperate by their own consent, then why not? – In fact it is merely modern colonial politics. Media manipulation replaces sword and torture.
All that is necessary in today’s world is a strong media presence. And this can be, with a few news agencies, television studios and film productions as well as renowned newspapers quickly achieved, because the rest, for example German Press, nonetheless, when it comes to international or US reporting, only from the US press agencies (Reuters, AP Associated Press, UPI United Press International, New York Times Service, Washington Post, CNN etc…) copies or inspired is (comparable articles in any daily newspaper or for that manner international news on television).
Even better can the movies and entertainment-shows, that are almost all constructed following the U.S success concept, broadcast the “right” opinions and world views world wide, covered up effectively. Whoever apparently controls the present through this mean is also capable of constructing the past as wished. History in movies is shown to be “suitable” or “fitting”, allowing emotions to be set free in the “right” direction. When required, a movie can be produced for any event in order to clear up the background information in an entertaining way. The boundary between fiction and reality is often deliberately mixed. Especially strong is the effect on children. Not without reason are whole entire school classes dragged down to the movies theatres to watch “educationally valuable” films.
Movies have a much higher manipulation effect than news. News are read or seen consciously, whereas movies always aim into the subconscious. The event mixes itself with emotion and is in this way branded into the mind. Then “one doesn’t really know where, but after all has seen it with own eyes”, for example in a James Bond movie.
There we learn that only the government or its agents are capable of protecting the “civilized world” from evil, in which is assumed of course, that only the others are “evil” and the government and its agents are “good”. We also learn that it is heroic and first class even for a poorly compensated Mayor (-Uk Navy Commander) to be an agent killer, though a much larger amount could be made as a talented Freelancer, but then without the government’s pension entitlements. The risk to get killed, convicted of murder or terrorism or taken hostage (by the enemy) is equally high for government agent killers and Freelancers. Our hero, the Vodka-Martini numbed killer, is of course not interested in freedom or liberty. He enjoys being an instrument of the government (and therefore of the manipulators) and becomes in this manner the ideal man for every woman, the dream of every 12-year old. His opponent, the “evil” killer, is always just an ultra-rich, independent Tycoon, who does not use his fortune and talent for the “greater good” (as the government), instead risks all if it in order to avariciously gain more power (World-Dominance). But because this power is already divided democratically (into the hands of a small elite), “for the greater good”, and should stay that way, is the opponent always “evil” and deserves to explode or die a terrible death in the end. The “good” wins and is rewarded with Sex, Champaign and Control-calls. Even though, good sex is plentiful in every big city for 3000 USD a night, First class suite, a broken down pay phone on the corner and a few bottles Dom included. But every man just has his price… or is it really the pension entitlement and the pretty uniform?
Of course the James Bond Movies are not an exception, but the norm. Almost all movies -especially Television movies and Television Shows- deliberately “show” how much we are in the need of a strong government and are depending on such. The government takes care of our lives and solves our problems. Without the government, there would only be chaos, and anarchy, and that creates fear, even though nobody has ever lived in anarchy. Only the government (and its agents the heroes and experts) had the potential to save us from danger and rescue us from situations in need. Only the servants could enjoy safety. Alone we were just helpless. Victims, who had to be protected. Without government protection, we were helpless. Therefore too much independence, self initiative and the conscious to want to be (and ability to be) responsible for ones own life and decisions can only be detrimental. Of course “Self Initiative”, one wasn’t a communist, but only in a justifiable manner, please. Whoever has the ability to really think independent and wants to act autonomous, is in 99 % of all movies either condemned to fail or a criminal. The world picture of the slave, every night renewed with fear of uncertainty manipulated into the heads. So long as he at some time “knows”, that everything that has not expressively been allowed in written form must be forbidden… All not possible, already due to “technical-insurance reasons”…Walls and chains are unnecessary when the Prison in the head defines the whole Freedom, that one still wants-and real Freedom unthinkable of is.
(If you do not want to believe, test the above Thesis by watching television and movies in the next few days intensively and consciously.)
Today, television rules our world. Fashion, taste, political worldview: Everything we know, we know from journalists… Everything is dictated by television. MTV to Daily-news, CNN to House. This way the USA was turned from the country of the Lucky Strike and Camel and Marlboro into a nation of militant fascist non-smokers. Whoever is in the position to take the nicotine addicted smoker’s toy, the cigarette, unpunished away, can also justify and carry through any political measure at any time. When an authorized or unauthorized Television Report is capable of destroying entire branches of industry, the aimed shooting down of a person is only target practice. The politician becomes therefore the slave of the media.
Without media support no election can be won (or political career) because who controls the media also controls the opinion of the masses and therefore the voters. Here, political facts are irrelevant. The credibility and career of an excellent politician, judge or bureaucrat is quickly ruined, when for example a Ex-Secretary is suddenly found, that wants to pursue a lawsuit on sexual harassment because she is promised a million dollar publisher’s-contract for a book as well as a nice court settlement by her lawyers. The secretary surely had not remembered a sexual harassment without the million out of the book-contract or settlement. What are a few million for a book, when through this mean an “unwilling” politician can be replace with a “willing” one, who simply doesn’t lay himself in the way on the next billion dollar deal?
In 2003 Arnold Schwarzenegger wanted to become the Governor of California. It is suddenly in the media reported that Arnolds father was not only a Nazi, but also a SA-member. Arnold donates more than 750.000 US Dollars und helps to collect multiple more millions in donations. Arnold fights against Anti-Semitism. The media have the choice: They can forget or blow out Arnold’s Nazi dad hysterically and thus take Arnold’s chances of an election victory. On top, a slime journalist has an interview somewhere from the 70’s, where Arnold supposedly knocks gays to pieces, reports of sex-affairs and brags about his potency; A wrong thing in the political correct and hypocritical prude USA. Which way will the media decide? – Well, that is depending solely on Arnold’s future behavior… The jurisdictional fact, that a son cannot be responsible for his father’s actions, and that an almost 30 year old interview has absolutely no meaningfulness (came to the statue of limitations), is ignored.
Even when a politician starts as an idealist (and not only, because he cannot find another job), does he have to somewhere along his career path - the quest of votes, always commit to dirty compromises, give promises that he cannot hold, in other words lie and cheat, in order to collect votes and maximize influence as well as secure financial and political support. And since, due to the nature of existence, there cannot be a truthful and successful (influential) politician, his moralistic and if given also criminal account (decisions against the own conviction or better knowing in disfavor of his voters, bribing, unfaithfulness, betrayal etc.) grows with every career step. Does he then suddenly deviate from the Rules, can this guilt instantly be collected. “Evidence” can always be created or erased, witness testimonies be arranged, after all the political opposition isn’t sleeping. But since when do the masses of underlings want to sight and prove evidence, if headlines, pictures and comments in the media already reveal the “whole truth” anyway?
But since the politician wants to keep his power and prestige by all means, he enters -as usual-, “compromises” and follows the instructions. How did a cap driver shortly know on the way to from Manhattan to the JFK air port: “what differentiates a politician from a prostitute? – A Prostitute doesn’t have to lie as much.” – And should a politician for once happen to not be bribable through his own power lecherousness and vanity, can he always fall victim of an assassination by a “crazy radical” or a “terror group”, have an accident or commit suicide…
Concrete: The masses is manipulated to think, that
a.) The politicians are their representatives and act explicitly in the interest of their voters (otherwise they wouldn’t be re-elected). Let us forget, that de facto the voters neither have ability to control nor analyze the decisions of the politicians, because they only retrieve and accept (take in) the information they get from the media.
b.) The media control the politicians, to then ensure that the politicians act in the “common interest”. As evidence, diverse scandals (Watergate, Iran/Contra, Whitewater, Party distributions, Visa-Scandal etc.) are quoted. Not mentioned or forgotten however is that theses scandals will rarely have any effect on future political behavior and is only used to visualize to the depending politician at all times, what could happen, when someone doesn’t stay in line. The media controls the politicians, yet not in the interest of the voters, but in accordance to the wise powerful figures.
c.) “Unity, freedom and brotherhood” is according to reality and is not only illusionary propaganda that disagrees with every law of nature, and this way just everybody, regardless of their diligence, qualification and talent the ENTITLEMENT of more than an existence-insurance has (Social Programs). That is how for example also a work place etc is necessary. This entitlement is allowed to at any time be requested with the “right” (for example: the right of work) from those that have more (“it is only fair, since we are all the same essentially”).
The poles (“nationalization = UDSSR) and (taxes = USA) are in this manner allowed to align for the long term. While today it is commonly thought that the West had not won the “cold War”, in fact only a mixing of East and West has taken place. The east opened itself officially, while the West under the name of Drugs-, Terror-, Child-pornography-, Money-laundering and political correctness continuously takes away more freedoms from their citizens. The citizen sees the “necessity” of these actions through the reporting from the media outlets. “Something has to be done about that…”
Under this facial point it is also not astounding when the officials in unison are constantly given more power, and the freedom of the slaves is continuously further restricted in the name of “Terror”, “War on Drugs Cartels”, “Money Laundering”, “Child Pornography”, “Viruses/Infections” and other current “Bogeymen”. Are the laws passed off, the money in the accounts and the war initiated, the strongly propagated “dangerous threats” by the media often prove to be nonstarters.
In every case, the officials receive more power. On the top of list of the officials are the politicians, the “democratically voted Government” of course. The politicians are controllable through the media.
The free will of choice is transferred from the Individual in the name of a “good thing” to the official = Politician (for example: “something has to be done about that…”) and the politician then transfers it over to the powerful figures. The more power an official receives, the more control is won by the powerful figures.
How are the politicians controlled? Well, in our democratic system, on the first look, a vote decides over the career of the politician. On the second look it is the good contact to the powerful figures. The vote is decided by the masses. And the decisions of the “dumb” masses are given by the media. A hysterical scandal (facts are uninteresting) can at any time be propagated, and force a resignation, does a politician step out of line.
Who controls the media, controls therefore also the politicians. Who controls the politicians, controls our “democratic” choices, and therefore the power. And control in this way also the (tax-) Money. And who controls the Money, controls the world.
The media also give the decision parameters. The media let stocks rise and fall. The media determines who gets unjustifiably discriminated and who is only unjustifiably wailing. The media decides who can undisturbed ear money (for example the powerful figures) and who should really share it with the “ones in need”. The media manipulates the masses. The masses decide in a democracy through votes, in politics (every 4 years) as well as in daily life (for example: opinion-formation, buy-decisions)
There are, always “concurring fights” over the “best story”, the newest scandal etc… between the media houses (Spiegel, Focus). Also, different political colored shadings are permitted and expressed (Frankfurter Rundschau- FAZ). But when it comes down to the really important key question or basic issue, all of them are in agreement. Though, the basic issue (the “Zeitgeist”) dictates the way of thinking of the masses. This is also, in the USA, not different than Germany.
One exception here would perhaps be the Internet, where also unconventional opinion twists of a few can be published free and worldwide accessible. But more and more are controversial web-domains seized, or blocked from providers and search engines. (follows)
In conclusion: Who wants to control the world, needs media. Who controls the media, controls the opinion of the masses, therefore the votes, therefore the democratic elections, therefore the politician, the distribution of tax funds, the Zeitgeist, the Courts and Decision Makers, and through this mean, over “fitting experts” and educational information, the past and therefore the future.
Everything that he needs is money, enough capital, concentrated in the hands of a narrow Interest group, the powerful figures.
